Our glass Juliet balcony is constructed using the most superior quality durable toughened glass which conforms to BS EN 12150 and BS EN 14449. Designed to blend seamlessly with your property allowing you to enjoy unobstructed views.

Glass is MADE TO ORDER.
Delivered within 14 working days, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. We do not recommenced arranging equipment and installation until the item has been delivered.
Consignments will be delivered direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.
Price calculated at checkout and will vary depending on size and weight of goods being delivered.

Glass cannot be returned or the cost refunded after it has gone into production and/or delivered.
Your order will be delivered by a third party. It is important that you check all products before signing for them and do not put them in storage without inspection. Any damage to the glass delivered must be notified immediately and noted on all paperwork, we will not be liable for ANY damage or discrepancies with orders once it has been taken off the delivery vehicle. Notification of our sales office should be no more than 24 hours from the date of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to investigate if planning permissions are required, ensuring all projects are completed to British Standards BS 6399-1:1996 and BS 6180:2011 – North East Balustrades (NE Balustrades) are not responsible for any building regulation requirements, this shall be up to the client to ensure safety precautions have been met accordingly.
